Bible Contradictions
The Bible is written in an old language that's too hard to undertand for a lot of people

The Bible was written by 40 authors (guided by the Holy Spirit) over thousands of years.

The Bible was originally written in Hebrew and Greek.

There are different versions of the Bible.  Some are direct translations, and some are written for easy understanding.  Keep the version you have now, but get another one.  Read the new one, and look at the old one to compare them.
How can the Bible be real?

The Bible is the only book in the world that has had 100% of its predictions come true.  All historic excavations and geographical discoveries have confirmed what the Bible says.

For example, Psalm 22 discusses the death of Jesus on the cross, which didn't happen until hundreds of years later.
Does the Bible still apply to today?

The last book in the Bible is called Revelation.  Everything in that book hasn't happened yet.  So, yes, the Bible still applies to us.
Why are there so many contradictions in the Bible?

The Bible can be very confusing.  Once you've asked Jesus into your heart, the Holy Spirit will make everything clearer to you.  Some people take different verses (phrases or sentences) out of context (meaning they don't look at the whole chapter or passage) and say they disagree.  This is inaccurate and misleading.  There are no contradictions in the Bible.  Perhaps you need a different translation or need to ask your pastor?  If you really need to examine the facts, see my
Contradictions page , and also visit http://debate.org.uk/topics/apolog/contrads.htm
