I've been overweight most of my life and kept getting bigger and bigger. I tried everything I could think of.

For example, for four months, seven days a week, I rode my bike 1-1/2 miles and jogged 2 miles. I was full of energy, but didn't get any smaller. I've tried diet pills, Weight Watchers, low fat, Susan Powter, Richard Simmons, you name it.

Then, I saw the Juiceman advertised on TV. That got me thinking, and I searched the Internet for "raw food." I got a few books from the library, and decided to try it out. I changed my eating pattern slowly so I wouldn't get sick.

I am now eating raw fruits and vegetables 5-6 days a week and cooked food 1 or 2 days a week. Over the last four months, I've gone down two clothes sizes. I got a Juiceman a few weeks ago. It's great! My daughters only like the fruit drinks, but I like just about everything. The Juiceman isn't required, but it sure helps!

So, if you're at your wits end, maybe you want to try it. Of course, I do not have any medical conditions that stopped me from doing this. So, you probably want to discuss it with your doctor before doing anything so drastic.
